Conference AnnouncementThe Department of Philology (Division of Classics) at the University of Crete is pleased to announce its second Rethymnon International Conference on the Ancient Novel (RICAN). The theme of the Rethymnon International Conference will be:"Metaphor in the Novel and the Novel as Metaphor"The Conference will last two full days, will host 18 speakers, and will be held in Rethymnon, Crete, 19-20 May 2003.
